Your warrant fixes issues as they arise, but a maintenance contract is necessary to maintain your unit / units, so that you minimize the chance for issues to arise during extreme temperature changes!

After receiving a recommendation from my neighbor, I contacted George and within days he was at my home discussing repair options. He provided me with many options to get my AC system back up and running. We set a repair date and George even went out of his way to drop off a loaner AC window unit at no charge to me until he could get my new HVAC system installed. Very professional and I would certainly contact him again in the future for any HVAC issues.

There was a wait, but that was due to American Home Shield initially canceling the visit! We now have heat! The technician was polite, professional, & answered all our questions. Experience was good enough to have me get a service contract with them when this one expires. Highly recommend!
